We are seeking a Software Industry Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in the software industry, possessing excellent verbal communication and comprehension skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities to build relationships with current and potential clients
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts and coordinating business generation activities
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of design sales, be able to negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers via telephone calls, SMS, and emails.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of sales experience in the software industry, an American or British accent, and experience in handling international clients via telephone, email, and live chat.

Requirements

Key qualifications include:

  • Excellent verbal communication and comprehension
  • Neutral or non-inflected American or British accent
  • Basic computer, Internet search and written communication skills

A strong understanding of Information Technology and Services is also essential for this role.
