Sales Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. This individual will be responsible for identifying opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to achieve financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecasting and Planning: Forecast business growth, establish targeted market share, and meet sales financial objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume, and analyzing trends.
  • Sales Promotion: Develop and implement sales promotional programs, field sales action plans, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales management, preferably with enterprise software solutions.
  • A proven track record of target achievement in challenging environments.
  • A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, along with a willingness to travel and work globally.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to drive sales teams and inspire confidence in others.
