Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced customer service manager to lead our night shift team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients, leading a team of customer support representatives, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce response times. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of customer support representatives to maintain service excellence.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of customer support experience, with at least 1 year handling international customers.
- Proven leadership experience as a team lead or senior customer support representative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and handle challenging situations effectively.
