Job Title

A highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist is required to lead the recruitment process and oversee its successful execution from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Management to formulate, direct, control, and implement the company's recruitment strategy.
  • Oversee the creation of job descriptions and identification of key competencies required for positions needed by potential clients or other departments.
  • Monitor vacancies posted on various job sites and newspapers.
  • Analyze the performance of searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria and employee referrals.
  • Screen, interview, and select short-listed candidates, ensuring efficient documentation of comments.
  • Coordinate interviews with relevant managers and ensure timely final interviews by division heads.
  • Communicate the outcome of applications to job applicants.
  • Review past recruitment data for analysis and undertake other HR-related tasks assigned by management.
Requirements

MBA-HR degree with at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Proficiency in computer systems, including knowledge of the internet and email communications.
