
Commercial Growth Specialist

Business growth and expansion is a top priority for HZTech, and we are seeking a skilled Business Developer to drive this process forward.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to identify and pursue potential leads from marketplaces like UpWork and PeoplePerHour, as well as effectively prospect companies on LinkedIn and other social platforms to create a sales funnel that generates new business opportunities.
We already have a custom software in place that automates many of the manual tasks associated with this role, freeing up time for the successful candidate to focus on high-level strategy and client acquisition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and outreach to new clients using our custom software
- Maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Developing and implementing effective lead generation roadmaps to drive business growth
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and performance metrics
