
Sales Leader – IT Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned and result-driven Sales Manager with a strong network in the region and a solid background in IT solutions sales. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in selling networking and security infrastructure, with a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals.
- Identify and close business opportunities within target verticals such as Education, Defense, Government, Telecom, FSI, SMB, Enterprise, and Real Estate.
- Own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and presentations to negotiation, closing, and payment recovery.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to offer tailored solutions to customers.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to leadership.
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and client-facing meetings.
- Stay abreast of new offerings and updates from OEMs, particularly Cisco, Huawei, and similar partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT / Networking Solutions sales.
- Prior experience working in a System Integration, Networking & Security Solutions, IT Infrastructure, or Telecom company is essential.
- Must have strong working knowledge of Cisco and/or Huawei technologies.
- Deep customer relationships in one or more of the following sectors: Education, Defence, Government, Enterprise, Real Estate.
- Consultative selling and strategic account management.
