Management Trainee Role

The Management Trainee is a critical position within our organization, responsible for supporting core operational activities and taking ownership of end-to-end human resources, talent acquisition, and administrative tasks.

  1. HR Operations:

    ">
    • Assist in drafting, managing, and updating employment contracts, experience letters, and relieving documents.
    • Maintain accurate digital employee records and ensure timely documentation of onboarding and exit formalities.
    • Oversee employee lifecycle management, including reminders for probation evaluations, confirmations, and exit timelines.
    • Manage HR platforms like BambooHR (employee data, PTOs, onboarding tasks, etc.).
    • Create and deactivate official email accounts for new joiners and leavers.
    • Maintain and consolidate monthly HR dashboards and trackers.

  2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

    ">
    • Draft and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms.
    • Coordinate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and follow-ups with hiring teams.
    • Conduct initial screening calls, gather availability, and coordinate candidate responses.
    • Manage application responses, consolidate freelancer and candidate profiles, and maintain CV trackers.
    • Share and follow up on skill assessments and manage candidate outcomes.
    • Ensure smooth freelancer onboarding and consolidation, maintaining relevant profiles for client sharing.

  3. Communication and Coordination:

    • Send regular email follow-ups to candidates and internal stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with potential hires, freelancers, and internal teams.
    • Coordinate reminders for due tasks, deadlines, and action items across the team.

  4. Payroll Support:

    ">
    • Keep track of hiring and exit dates for payroll accuracy.
    • Liaise with the Accounts team to ensure updated payroll inputs.
    • Maintain accurate records of leave balances and other payroll-impacting data.

  5. Cross-Functional Administrative Support:

    • Support in documentation and delivery for organizational initiatives.
    • Contribute to engagement activities, internal communications, and HR campaigns.
    • Assist in ad hoc reporting and operations-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Admin roles preferred (internship or project-based work acceptable).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in remote work tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Zoom.
  • Bonus: Experience using BambooHR, TestGorilla, and ATS platforms.
