Administration Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administration Support Specialist to manage our front desk, handle administrative tasks, and drive new admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the front desk, ensuring a warm welcome for students, parents, and visitors
  2. Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  3. Coordinate new admissions, including prospectus distribution, application processing, and follow-ups
  4. Develop and implement effective fee recovery strategies to minimize defaulters
  5. Assist with payroll and accounts tasks, as required
  6. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and provide data analysis to support decision-making
  7. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff through excellent communication and customer service skills
  8. Demonstrate a proactive approach to resolving queries and issues
Job Specifications

Requirements:

  • Good personality and excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic
  • Effective correspondence and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting software
  • Previous experience in a similar role (administration, accounts, or customer service)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience in an educational institution or similar setting
