Customer Service Administrator

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to manage our front desk, handle administrative tasks, and drive new admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk, ensuring a warm welcome for students, parents, and visitors
  • Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate new admissions, including prospectus distribution, application processing, and follow-ups
  • Develop and implement effective fee recovery strategies to minimize defaulters
  • Assist with payroll and accounts tasks, as required
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and provide data analysis to support decision-making
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff through excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to resolving queries and issues
Requirements

Good personality and excellent communication skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic

Effective correspondence and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting software

Previous experience in a similar role (administration, accounts, or customer service)
