Technical Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced technical support professional to provide exceptional service, technical expertise, and executive-level communication to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth technical support to a select group of high-value clients with complex needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, owning or orchestrating the resolution of cases and delivering an unparalleled support experience.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in technical support, with a strong focus on customer communication and relationship-building.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage critical and complex issues in high-pressure environments.
