About the Role:

The primary function of a Technical Support Engineer is to serve as an expert in troubleshooting and resolving technical support cases. They possess in-depth knowledge of technical issues and provide guidance to colleagues within their department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve technical issues by analyzing data, hardware or processes and applying necessary changes with minimal disruption to users.
  • Identify root causes of errors or bugs using analytical tools and report them to senior engineers.
  • Conduct analysis of data to determine the impact and prevalence of issues.
  • Utilize engineering-developed tools to modify user or vehicle data for resolving technical issues.
  • Communicate with customers regarding reported issues, escalated cases and urgent inquiries to minimize customer churn.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as the primary Technical Support Engineer.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Technical Support or 2 years in Customer Support.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • A team player who can work effectively in a professional environment.
  • Strong educational background in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and performance record.
  • Familiarity with Hardware and Firmware level troubleshooting.
  • Flexibility with on-call rotation schedules.
