Senior Channel Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Channel Manager to lead the modernization and digital transformation of channel operations through structured programs, technologies, and tools. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive channel capability and enablement roadmap aligned with a commercial vision and growth objectives.

The successful candidate will collaborate with regional and national teams to drive excellence in last-mile execution, franchise partner enablement, and retail experience. They will also design modular learning programs tailored to various roles (Retailer, Franchise, Field Officer, Area Manager), incorporating in-person, digital, and on-the-job training methods.

This role requires strong analytical skills, using data to derive insights and guide impactful decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree (MBA, Marketing, Finance, or a related field) from an accredited institution and 10+ years of Sales and Channel Management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
