Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled Sales Channel Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing business with resellers in the north of Pakistan market.
">Responsibilities:
• Channel development: Develop business relationships with resellers, negotiate product referencing, stock-in, and monitor stock levels.
• Marketing: Regularly visit customers to maintain relationships, discuss business, provide product training, understand customer needs and problems, and support their growth.
• Offline store visits: Understand product situations, improve product visibility, and increase sales.
• Market analysis: Review the market to determine customer needs, volume potential, pricing, and competition.
• Industry trend analysis: Analyze industry trends, including technologies, products, prices, and strategies, and take corresponding actions.
• Sales planning: Set up sales plans and ensure their execution.
Your Profile:
• At least 3 years of verifiable experience in CCTV markets, IT equipment, Consumer Electronics, or Networking categories is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in multicultural environments.
• High-level business communication skills in English, with Chinese being an added advantage.
• Affinity with sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced multitasking environments and manage stress.
• Solid experience and skills in MS Outlook, Excel, PPT, and related tools.
• Bachelor's Degree and above.
