Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing channel incentive frameworks, managing sales promotions, and optimizing compensation structures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analytics, revenue streams, and cost structures. They will also have experience with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or other CRM and incentive management tools.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute channel incentive frameworks using advanced data analytics.
  • Manage sales promotions to drive product bundling and cross-selling across sales channels.
  • Optimize compensation structures with tiered incentives rewarding multi-year contracts, cloud adoption, and recurring revenue streams.
  • Implement real-time performance tracking dashboards with automated payout calculations to improve transparency and motivation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Sales Performance Management (SPM), Data Analytics, or Compensation Design would be a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, revenue streams, and cost structures.
  • Ability to link incentive outcomes to business profitability.
