This is a full-time customer service representative role where you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with clients. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer experience by resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
About the Role:- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that every client interaction is positive and productive.
- Address customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, using CRM software to track progress and outcomes.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets, consistently delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or similar setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in computer software, including CRM systems and other tools relevant to the role.
- Familiarity with IT and services industry principles, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
