We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they will have proficiency in computer skills and CRM software.
