Strategic Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify opportunities for revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
  • Ensure that product listings on our platform are always up-to-date and seamlessly integrated with our systems.
  • Manage and optimize Key Account content on our platform to enhance user experience and drive sales.
  • Plan and execute promotions to maximize sales and meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and update order cancellations on a weekly basis to improve stock accuracy and minimize losses.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to achieve accurate demand forecasting and optimize inventory management.
  • Raise invoices and settle discounts/promotion budgets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales, performance analysis, and vendor insights to inform business decisions.
  • Provide regular account management reports to track progress and improve vendor performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with a love for numbers and insights.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting vendor relationships.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach, with the ability to drive results and overcome obstacles.
