We are looking for an experienced business development professional to join our team at Technonies.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a business development strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Promote our products and services as solutions to clients' needs.
- Negotiate and prepare sales contracts.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and other business metrics.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and build strong relationships with customers.
- Mentor and develop entry-level staff.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership roles.
- Experience in customer support is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Native-level English proficiency.
- Strong IT fluency and adaptability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Effective time management and planning skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
