Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating direct revenue from small and large biometric systems.

">Main Responsibilities
  • Develop, build, and close corporate deals with key outsourcers and offshore vendors ensuring that products inventory and ordering are in place.
  • Assure that all networking and architecture meet the product needs.
  • Build recurring revenue streams with key strategic government biometric products.
  • Manage/hire key selective sales management and follow up their sales goals daily.
  • Assist the field sales organization in increasing business with partners.
  • Maintain partner satisfaction.
  • Uncover opportunities, qualify their needs and requirements.
  • Develop licensing, brochures, and pricing proposals.
  • Direct meetings with different key accounts and companies' top management.
  • Participate and arrange sales training meetings on a weekly basis.
  • Able to travel extensively within Pakistan including major cities.
">Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

">
  • Minimum 5 years of biometric experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in sales management positions or current experience with vendors in Pakistan, preferably in their management sales divisions.
  • Pakistani citizenship with all necessary legal documents.
  • A self-starter with the ability to create opportunities.
  • Technically adept within the application development for biometric installation space.
  • Excellent communication skills including senior level communication within System Integrators' organizations.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • A high degree of self-motivation and self-management.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Possess a good network within the Pakistani business community and offshore vendors.
  • A strategic thinker with good business acumen.
  • Able to manage many tasks and priorities while remaining focused.
  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA a plus.
  • Able to travel 80-100%.
