Job Title

HR Manager

Description

This is a comprehensive role that involves managing the entire recruitment domain. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, participating in the development of departmental goals, objectives, and systems.

The ideal candidate will also handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing. Additionally, they will maintain Human Resource Information System records and compile reports from the database.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Independently manage the recruitment process
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  3. Participate in developing departmental goals, objectives, and systems
  4. Maintain employee files and records
  5. Provide training and development opportunities to employees
  6. Handle resignations and exit interviews
  7. Manage employee relations and outplacement counseling
