Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic individual for hybrid roles in the USA.

The position requires making outbound or inbound calls and assisting customers as needed. You should possess articulate communication skills, be comfortable with fast-paced work, and have good typing/keyboard skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing first-level support, responding to high volumes of customer calls and emails.
  • Assisting customers with various questions, requests, and issues; researching, documenting, and tracking customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Effectively communicating technical concepts considering varying degrees of customer technical experience.
  • Accurately inputting documents and recording customer issues using CRM tools.
Technical Requirements:
  • PC running Windows 10 Pro or Home.
  • Must have 8GB RAM with SSD, Core i3 or above.
  • USB Headset with noise-canceling microphone.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication (in person, writing, and phone) and listening skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude, analytical, and problem-solving skills with knowledge of basic problem resolution processes.
  • The ability to learn new software products and how to troubleshoot these products and services.
  • Strong attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
