Job Overview

The Strategic Account Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with key customers. This involves leading the customer account planning cycle to ensure that assigned customers' needs and expectations are met by the organization.

As a seasoned professional, you will report directly to the Project Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales quota and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinate organizational resources to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Lead joint company-strategic account planning process to develop mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
  • Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Develop solutions that best address customer needs, coordinating involvement of necessary team members.
