About this RoleThis is for a CRM Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to manage, optimize, and enhance our customer relationship management system.
Key Responsibilities:- CRM Administration: Manage and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including workflows, customizations, dashboards, and reporting.
- Process Optimization: Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using CRM automation, integration, and customization.
- User Support & Training: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for CRM users.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by implementing best practices in CRM data governance.
- Customization & Development: Work with developers to enhance CRM functionality using PowerApps, Power Automate, and custom scripts.
- Integration: Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other business applications such as ERP, marketing automation tools, and third-party APIs.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure CRM configurations comply with data privacy and security regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
