Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, from initial job postings to final hiring decisions. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

In addition to recruiting, the Talent Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for managing the interview process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and making job offers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and recruiting, with experience in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead the recruitment process, from initial job postings to final hiring decisions
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
