Job Summary

This leadership role requires a highly skilled professional to oversee the development and implementation of training programs for facilitators.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies to enhance facilitation skills.
  • Collaborate with coaches to design and deliver workshops, coaching sessions, and key stakeholder meetings.
  • Review and provide feedback on participants' challenge models and action plans based on established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Communicate effectively with the LDP coach to ensure seamless integration of the program into client organization processes.
  2. Design and facilitate training programs for facilitators, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
  3. Conduct key stakeholder meetings to discuss program design, implementation, and results.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as health care, sociology, or psychology.
  • At least eight years of experience in training and facilitation, with a strong focus on leadership development.
  • Proven track record of success in designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
