Customer Service Leadership Role
The Assistant Manager Customer Services will oversee the delivery of exceptional customer experiences through proactive support, retention strategies, and relationship building. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our organization
- Foster strong relationships with clients through regular interactions, ensuring timely issue resolution and identifying opportunities for growth
- Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert them into revenue
- Address client queries and concerns in a timely manner
- Oversee the collection of monthly payments and resolve billing inquiries efficiently
- Present actionable reports to inform business strategy and decision-making
- Maintain adherence to organizational standards and policies
Requirements:
- A minimum of a graduate degree with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably above 30 years of age
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a well-groomed, approachable demeanor
