About This Role

This position requires a mid-senior level professional to take on key responsibilities including driving sales and market penetration of industrial fuels, lubricants, and related products within an assigned area.

  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales growth and market penetration of industrial fuels, lubricants, and related products within the assigned area.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  4. Retain and grow existing customer accounts, building long-term relationships.
  5. Act as the main point of contact for key clients and customers in the region.
  6. Provide technical support and guidance on product applications and usage.
  7. Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  8. Ensure the delivery of exceptional service to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  9. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
  10. Analyze sales data, monitor regional market conditions, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  11. Track competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  12. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's product portfolio, including fuels, lubricants, and related services.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory changes affecting the market.
