Payroll Manager Job Description

This is a senior role that involves managing the payroll operations for employees in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pakistan's labor laws and tax regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary calculations, statutory compliance, and timely disbursements.
  • Payroll Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports to support management and finance teams in decision-making and compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and optimize payroll processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, taxation, and benefits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in payroll management.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan's labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll systems.
