The Assistant HR Business Partner plays a pivotal part in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, enabling capability development and effective execution of core HR processes.
A Day in the Life- Align and implement people strategies that attract, develop, retain, and maximize employee contributions in line with both short- and long-term business objectives.
- Support the deployment of Leadership Principles to build an open, empowering, fair, and inclusive work culture.
- Identify effective solutions to business challenges, aligning with principles, policies, and local context.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant HR Business Partner. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, interpersonal skills, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Partners with functional teams to facilitate talent acquisition, drive employee engagement, and support the implementation of talent and succession strategies.
- Develops and implements organizational development initiatives for the business unit, coordinating Center of Excellence (CoE) efforts and ensuring the implementation of people practices against established metrics.
- Drives engagement initiatives in the assigned business unit/function by fostering a culture where employees feel valued, motivated, and connected to the organization's mission.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Organizational Psychology from a recognized institution.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in talent management, organizational development, learning, or business partnership.
- Ability to be proactive, adaptable, and quickly respond to changing market demands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working exposure in matrix structured organizations with multiple divisions and/or business groups/categories.
