Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to manage various employee services, handle staff grievances, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.

You will be responsible for managing loan management, medical approvals, leave management, vehicle repair and maintenance, and insurance to ensure effective delivery of these services.

You will also handle staff grievances related to HR and administrative issues in line with company policies, maintain industrial peace and harmony, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage loan management, medical approvals, leave management, vehicle repair and maintenance, and insurance
  • Handle staff grievances related to HR and administrative issues
  • Maintain industrial peace and harmony
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and collective bargaining agreements
  • Represent the company on various committees constituted under labor laws
  • Coordinate with lawyers in preparation of cases for filing in court
  • Plan, implement, and head outsourcing functions including selection of contractors and systems for labor management
  • Ensure delivery of administration services such as employee-related facilities
  • Manage attendance and leave record, transport arrangements, cafeteria services, communication, etc.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a Master's Degree with 5-7 years of experience in a similar role. They should be able to plan, implement, and head outsourcing functions, ensure compliance with labor laws, and represent the company in courts of law.
