At Software Finder Careers, we are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to oversee the implementation and maintenance of our CRM system. As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing email marketing campaigns, optimizing performance through A/B testing, and maintaining campaign data within Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:Implement and maintain our CRM system, ensuring seamless integration with email marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute email marketing strategies to engage target audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.
Analyze email performance metrics, including delivery rates, engagement, and lead generation, to inform future campaign improvements.
Maintain and update unsubscribe requests in Salesforce, adhering to industry best practices and regulations.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and flag positive responses for follow-up, contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Log campaign activities and updates in JIRA or other project management tools, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Support additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager, contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM management, or digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
Strong understanding of email campaign execution, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Experience in lead nurturing and email deliverability best practices.
Familiarity with JIRA or other project management tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
