Job Description

We seek experienced Project Management/Integration Consultants to support our transformation effort onsite in Rawalpindi/Islamabad for a duration of 6-12 months. As a key member of our Integration Management Office (IMO), you will play a crucial role in designing and executing our Transformation/Program Management Office (PMO/TMO).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Execute PMO/TMO: Develop and implement strategies to drive transformation, leveraging your expertise in large process-driven industries like chemicals, fertilizers, or petrochemicals.
  • Lead Integration Efforts: Guide mergers through steering committees, manage integration risks, and develop transition plans, ensuring seamless integration across functional teams.
  • Drive Transformation & Stakeholder Engagement: Design operational models, facilitate workshops, and support functional teams (HR, IT, finance, etc.), fostering collaboration and effective communication.

Role Details

  • Support the IMO in shaping our transformation strategy
  • Develop master plans, manage risks, and enhance team communication
  • Collaborate with C-suite and functional leaders for a successful integration

What We Offer

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a unique opportunity to drive transformation in a dynamic organization.
