This position will play a key role in executing core compliance activities, monitoring risk indicators, and supporting regulatory research and training deployment. You will be an integral part of the Compliance team, contributing to strengthening and expanding our Compliance Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the roll-out of compliance policies, training programs, and code of conduct initiatives.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and maintain regulatory maps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to track implementation of risk controls and mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in documenting standard operating procedures and organizing compliance repositories.
  • Monitor compliance platforms, tools, and case tracking systems.
  • Support internal investigations and reporting processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR with direct involvement in compliance, legal, or corporate risk activities.
  • Familiarity with global compliance standards such as GDPR, anti-corruption, and whistleblower regulations.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
