Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely, accurate delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage implementation teams and timelines for smooth project delivery.
Client Relationship Management
  • Nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Consult clients on service needs and ensure alignment with system capabilities.
Solution Design & Customization
  • Capture payroll and compliance needs through discovery sessions.
  • Work with product and tech teams to configure and integrate solutions.
Project Management
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify risks early and resolve issues proactively.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and ensure alignment at all levels.
Training & Knowledge Transfer
  • Lead client training and handover sessions for post-project success.

Experience: At least 10 years of experience in payroll implementation with enterprise clients.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and system integration.
Project Management: Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
Client Focus: Strong communicator with a consultative approach.
