Job Summary
We are seeking a Help Desk Operations Coordinator to join our team at Giant Group. In this role, you will handle technical issues, service requests, and change requests while providing exceptional support to our clients and organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Capture, validate, and triage user queries or issues for further processing.
- Ensure incidents and requests are handled according to Service Desk Service Level Agreements.
- Prioritize and escalate incidents based on business impact.
- Educate clients on supported applications to enhance their user experience.
Your Ideal Profile
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a 1st/2nd line Service Desk environment.
- Bachelors in Computer Science or related field.
- Service Desk qualification such as ITIL Foundation v4 or Project Management qualification like AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner.
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility of issues and manage them effectively.
