Job Requirements
In this role, you will be responsible for handling technical issues, service requests, and change requests while providing exceptional support to our clients and organization. You will also educate clients on supported applications to enhance their user experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Capture, validate, and triage user queries or issues for further processing.
- Ensure incidents and requests are handled according to Service Desk Service Level Agreements.
- Prioritize and escalate incidents based on business impact.
- Become a trusted advisor by being knowledgeable about products and services offered by Giant Group.
Your Ideal Profile
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a 1st/2nd line Service Desk environment.
- Bachelors in Computer Science or related field.
- Service Desk qualification such as ITIL Foundation v4 or Project Management qualification like AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively.
