Job Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our company procedures comply with employment regulations, analysing existing policies and making changes as appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have excellent English language speaking skills, strong leadership skills to guide an HR team and support and motivate staff. They will also possess a solid understanding of key principles of employment law and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with employment regulations
- Analysing existing policies and making changes as appropriate
- Assessing areas where policies are needed and creating new policies
- Managing and training the HR team
- Monitoring employee performance and attendance
- Designing and implementing training programs
- Supporting managers and staff with employee grievances or conflicts
- Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits
