We are seeking a talented HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR function, ensuring that all processes and procedures are in place to support the growth and development of the organization.
The HR Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Recruitment and selection: This includes job postings, interview coordination, and candidate assessment.
- Employee onboarding: Ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into the company, including completing necessary paperwork, providing orientation, and conducting training sessions.
- Performance management: Developing and implementing performance management systems to ensure employee growth and development.
- Employee relations: Maintaining positive relationships with employees, addressing grievances, and providing coaching and counseling when needed.
- Benefits administration: Managing employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
