Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and building relationships with existing customers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in lead generation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position requiring the ability to work night shifts (6PM–3AM) as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent English with American Accent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Truck Dispatch and Outbound Cold Calling Sales for Truck Dispatch
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
