Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention
  • Help design and manage feedback tools and dashboards for visibility into customer experience trends
Requirements:
  • Graduate with background in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Design Thinking, or Analytics
  • Curious, empathetic, and eager to improve the way customers feel at every touchpoint
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or CRM systems)
