Job Summary:

  • This executive support officer position will assist the CFO in managing daily operations and ensuring efficient execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Provide high-level operational support to the CFO, focusing on daily schedule management, communication, and follow-up.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings for the CFO, prepare meeting minutes, and distribute to attendees and responsible individuals.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate records, process documents, and handle financial transactions for the CFO.
  • Travel Planning: Arrange travel and accommodation for the CFO, maintain itineraries, and coordinate plans.
  • Data Security: Ensure timely weekly backups of sensitive data, maintaining organized and accessible storage.
  • Company Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company information, including layouts, relationships, key positions, and contacts across the group and company products.
  • Special Projects: Assist in executing special projects and completing administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Business Information Technology (BBIT), Commerce (B.COM), or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient written and spoken English language skills.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is essential.
