Freelance Bidder Position

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Bidder to help us secure new projects by identifying clients, preparing attractive bids, and tendering for opportunities on various platforms.

Job Description:

This Freelance Bidder will find suitable projects, prepare high-quality proposals, and bid on projects that showcase our company's capabilities. They will collaborate with our management team to ensure we represent our services effectively to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Research and explore new project opportunities on freelance sites such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
  2. Prepare well-structured and tailored proposals to meet client needs.
  3. Ensure accuracy and competitiveness of bids by understanding our services.
  4. Communicate clearly with prospects to gather their needs and position our services accordingly.
  5. Collaborate with the team to obtain the best project estimates and deliverables.
  6. Track outcomes and progress of projects, adjusting strategies as needed.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in freelancing and project bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
  2. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  3. Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
  4. Flexibility in working and meeting deadlines independently.
  5. Familiarity with IT services including web design, development, and digital marketing (a plus).
  6. The ability to work with project managers and designers to align bids with our offerings.
