About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to shape the future of manufacturing operations.


This is a leadership opportunity that requires expertise in driving process improvements, enhancing team performance, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations. As a Coordinator at our organization, you will lead a team of factory employees, develop their skills, and make strategic decisions to optimize our manufacturing processes.


Responsibilities:
  • Drive teams using lean methodologies such as 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis.
  • Manage team performance, including coaching and developing employees.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in all manufacturing processes.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain alignment between manufacturing operations and supply chain strategies.

Experience and Qualifications

We require significant manufacturing experience, preferably with knowledge of 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis. Strong leadership and team management skills are also essential. You must possess deep understanding of manufacturing processes and have a proven track record of problem-solving and process improvement.
