Job Title: Operations Manager

Liquid Technologies is a fast-growing digital solutions company serving clients across the U.S. and Pakistan. We specialize in building cutting-edge products and providing top-tier tech support across multiple industries. We are now looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager in Night Shift to oversee our evening operations and ensure smooth delivery for our global clientele.

Role Summary:

As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing internal workflows, supervising night shift teams, and ensuring timely delivery and support of ongoing projects. You'll act as the key point of contact for escalations and drive operational efficiency across departments during U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all operational activities during the night shift
  • Manage team performance, productivity, and attendance for shift-based staff
  • Ensure timely execution of deliverables and adherence to SLAs
  • Communicate with international clients and address urgent concerns or escalations
  • Monitor and improve internal processes for better efficiency and accuracy
  • Prepare daily reports and shift handovers to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, IT, etc.) for issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and protocols

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, team management, or service delivery roles
  • Previous experience working night shifts or U.S.-based clients is preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar) and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure
