Distributor Coordinator Job Description

About the Role:

  1. Our team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distributor Coordinator to manage daily distributor orders, accounts, and performance by receiving and resolving issues via phone call or WhatsApp.
  2. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date Excel sheet tracking shortage brands on a daily basis.
  3. This role also involves resolving Field Force problems and handling their day-to-day operations.
  4. The Coordinator will update Field Force Cost Statement on a monthly basis, including TADA, SALARY, BONUS, and INCENTIVE (National Basis).
  5. Similarly, they will maintain DSF Cost Statement on a monthly basis, updated for TADA, SALARY, and INCENTIVE (National Basis).
  6. The Distributor Coordinator will prepare Target Incentive Statements for the Field Force.
  7. Collaboration with Directors and Executive Officers is required to create analysis sheets using Microsoft Excel as needed.
  8. The Coordinator will monitor sales performance across divisions, zones, and regions by utilizing computer programs to track target achievements and send relevant reports to DSI/ZSI/RSI/DSF.
  9. Tracking competitor prices for KSD brand-wise as per Marketing Manager's requirements is another key responsibility.
  10. Updating fund positions in our program daily and verifying received statements from HBL and MCB are essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payment and Credit Notes Preparation:
  2. The Distributor Coordinator will generate Payment Advice for Field Force covering TA/DA and INCENTIVE.
  3. They will prepare Normal (Without Tax) Credit Note for distributors (including additional cash discount and trade scheme).
  4. Generating Normal (Without Tax) Debit Note for distributors is also part of this role.
  5. The Coordinator will prepare Tax Credit Note (With Tax) Credit Note and Debit Note for distributors.
  6. Payment Advice for our Suppliers/Parties will be generated.
  7. Creating various Excel statements as requested by the Marketing Manager is another duty.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
