Telesales Executive – Travel Industry

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Telesales Executive to join our team in Islamabad. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls and following up on leads.

Your primary goal will be to assist customers with flight bookings, visas, and travel packages, while communicating professionally via phone and WhatsApp.

You will also be expected to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records, as well as deliver exceptional customer service.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in telesales or call center environments, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additionally, you should be able to work under pressure and hit targets, with experience in ticket booking and tour packages being a plus.

Proficiency in WhatsApp and computer systems is essential.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound sales calls and follow up on leads
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, visas, and travel packages
