  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products, with extensive knowledge of technical specifications, features, and market applications.
  • Support the product lifecycle from development to launch and post-launch activities, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training for internal teams, partners, and customers, showcasing product capabilities and value.
  • Act as a key point of contact for complex customer inquiries, providing advanced troubleshooting and technical support, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to recommend product improvements or enhancements, driving product innovation and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define product requirements and support roadmap planning, aligning product strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and technical manuals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Participate in product testing, validation, and quality assurance processes, ensuring products meet quality and performance standards.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with technical expertise during pre-sales activities, proposals, and customer meetings, enhancing sales effectiveness and closing deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a product specialist, product support, or technical sales role.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to quickly learn complex products and solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong presentation, training, and communication abilities, with the ability to engage and educate audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and product management tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive productivity and efficiency.
