Job Description:

The Taste and Nutrition Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing sales strategies that meet and exceed customer expectations.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute market routes and distribution models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and other teams to develop and execute market routes and distribution models.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to inform future sales strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve sales performance.

Accountabilities:

  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets and strategic objectives for your accounts.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Team Support: Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven Expertise: Minimum 5 years' experience in sales or account management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Pakistan food industry, including market trends and competitor activity.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform sales strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
