Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall HR processes and activities during evening hours.
  • Manage and streamline the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain HR-related documentation and employee records.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends, practices, and regulations.

Job Specifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an HR Manager in the Human Resources industry.
  • Proven knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
