Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Associate to support the DRSS program in student application surveys, admission data collection, and satellite school exploration.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a keen eye for data collection, and the ability to travel to different locations as required.

  • Conduct field surveys for new Deaf student applications and collect accurate data.
  • Assist in verifying and processing Deaf student admission information.
  • Engage with local communities to understand educational needs and opportunities.
  • Identify and evaluate potential locations for satellite schools based on predefined criteria.
  • Maintain detailed records and reports on survey findings and site assessments.
  • Collaborate with the core team to ensure smooth execution of project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical standards during surveys.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Education, Business, or a related field. Prior experience in field data collection, education projects, or community engagement is also desirable.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Social Sciences, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in field data collection, education projects, or community engagement is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and manage time and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry tools.
